My story

Since 2022 I am a Raheny blow-in - and totally enchanted with the area. My kids are now teenagers, they are almost grown up - but I am not. In 2023 I escaped the "big corporate" world and started my dream business - let's call it sentimental publishing. Using my photography and book design skills, obsession with family history and storytelling, my love for visual art and happy colours, I am creating personal family and general public projects.

For North Coastal Dublin - in particular Raheny, Clontarf, Portmarnock, Sutton and Howth - I am creating kids' activity books, local greeting cards, postcards and gorgeous local calendars. I found 12 talented young illustrators and got them published in my books, not to mention collaboration with 7 serious adult artists. In total I have so far published 10 local activity books in just 2 years!

In 2024 I started modestly with a Raheny Calendar, then Clontarf joined in 2025. For 2026 I had three - Raheny, Clontarf and North Dublin Coast. Now I am working on five 2027 calendars: Raheny, Clontarf, Portmarnock, Howth/Sutton and a surprise new area! Over 3 years I've sold over a thousand activity books, thousands of greeting and Christmas cards, as well as more than a thousand calendars.

Photo-story books started for me some 16 years ago, when I was training on my own family and friends. By now I have assembled and designed over 300 personal and commercial photo-story books. I'd love to dive into your family story and make a stunning printed photo-story book! There is no better present for a big birthday or anniversary, no better remembrance, so full of love. That's why I call it sentimental publishing, not just design and printing (which I also do very well )
